I am interested in exhibiting at a seminar.

TT #5 is always reserved for each seminar until 60 days prior to the event to keep inventory available for new members who come on board. 

When there is a potential sponsor on the TT Waitlist (such as CTS in Greenville and Trilogy in San Diego) we need to watch when these tables turn available on the indicated date and let the members know that a table has become available, first come-first-served in this order of preference: 

1. New members who signed up after Dec 15, 2024 who are on the Waitlist 
2. New members who signed up after Dec 15, 2024 who are not on the Waitlist 
3. Legacy members on the Waitlist 
4. First Come first served not on Waitlist
