This question was sent to us by a member who told us the AHJ on their project was requiring separate dedicated branch circuits for ERCES Primary and Secondary power sources.
Before I give you our interpretation, make a mental note of your gut reaction to this real-world question.

The Safer Buildings Coalition continues to grow. We now have more than 150 member organizations across several categories. We value each and every member, and it's our pleasure to introduce you to a few of the latest additions to our member base: CBN Solutions Group, Inc, HD and Associates LLC, Industrial Communications, and RF DAS Systems, Inc.
This month, the Safer Buildings Coalition Codes & Standards Work Group provided input on multiple code issues, and stood up several subcommittees to document and define problems in order to suggest solutions to the larger workgroup for input and recommendation to SBC leadership.
Government Affairs Work Group February 2022 Update

The Safer Buildings Coalition Government Affairs Work Group met on Thursday, February 17th 2022. Updates were given on several issues, in addition to updates Safer Buildings Coalition leadership team, and the introduction of new members Mark Crosby of EWA. During the January meeting it was also reported that SBC submitted an official public comment to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that recommends numerous steps that will enable greater public safety use of the 4.9 GHz band, including leveraging this band for improved and expanded in-building wireless coverage for public safety, while protecting public safety communications from harmful interference.
